Responsibilities
To be the external face of EAGLE SCREEN NETWORK offering B2B services on site and on the phones. To promote our services through connecting and engaging with our customers following our image and core values.
To communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service in every situation (we have a reputation to build)! To have a keen eye for keeping customer marketing and budget at heart and sales focused to encourage customer enquiries and sales.
To want to strive towards meeting your personal sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong customer relations by providing an excellent level of customer service and follow-ups. To always be looking for innovative ways to generate customer enquiries (Be Creative). Weekly reports of contact, follow-up and appointments.
Requirements
Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
A home office, car and license, Internet connection and cell phone is required for this position.

It is essential you have commission based sales experience
A Min. of 5 years in the advertising or promotional field.
Originality -- The ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
An ability to take ownership and to work on your own with little or no supervision. Ready to take a Challenge
This is a ground level entrance with plenty of advancement possibilities
To have excellent communication skills (English and French written and spoken)
Confident generating new sales by approaching customers and cold calling
Proven record of sales success and performance
Personality
You are Self-Motivate, Driven, Assertive and have a Winning Attitude

This is a professional position
This position requires you to work weekly (including some late nights and some weekends) Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows, and training seminars in order to gather information, promote products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge if necessary.
Ability to Create and Maintain a FaceBook Image of the Company
Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history,
and business practices through our Lead Sheet in order to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance.
Create strategic alliance with local groups based on our marketing strategies
Report on your observation of the market need and feedback
Initiate possible placement for our screens
There is a great support system and always have someone to contact and ask for help when needed.
Lead list, Proposal Template, Lead Sheet, Videos, etc. will be provide
